BULLY IN THE IVORY TOWER is original research with findings that 62% of higher education administrators endure workplace bullying. This is 58% higher than the corporate rate. Workplace bullying in higher education disproportionately affects women, people of color and the LBGT community. Further, this behavior costs higher education billions of dollars in turnover and employee disengagement. Since the publication of the book, I have worked with over 75 schools to educate them on how to prevent bullying and reengage employees in mission of higher education.
