Patricia Berkly LLC has a three tiered model 1) Assessment- when you don’t quite know why your staff is disengaged 2) Training- when you know the problem and content needed for interactive education 3) Maintenance- when you need ongoing coaching as new staff and leadership cycle through your organization.

No matter which tier you enter, our system creatively engages staff and advises leadership on the best practices that fit their organizations. Our custom trainings and educational services develop and maintain a healthy work environment for leadership and employees through policies review, one-on-one coaching, small group workshops assessments and large group programs.

Working remotely and virtually, Patricia Berkly staff maintain computers, and office supplies, with access to research data bases to create programs and lectures. Patricia Berkly LLC maintains virtual meeting space through iWoWwe for custom/remote trainings. Otherwise, workshops, programs and lecture are delivered on client’s premises.

Dr. Leah P. Hollis, President of Patricia Berkly LLC, has an earned doctorate from Boston University. She serves as researcher, trainer, writer, and keynote speaker, workshop leader. She is author of three books dealing with workplace harassment, workplace bullying and creation of healthy workplace.

Demar Chambliss, Staff Psychologist. Provides one on one coaching for executives/leaders who reflect on their role and values in relation to staff they lead. Results in more engaged and productive staff.

>>Cornell University, Ithaca, NY: Cornell University has used Bully in the Ivory Tower to inform executive level staff of ill effects of workplace bullying. Hollis also developed keynote speech and custom workshop.
>> University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, OK: Two day visit, workshops and keynote. Consulted with president’s cabinet, faculty and staff.
>>NAVMAR, Yuma, AZ: Developed custom team building workshop-addressing RESPECT in workplace team values and leadership strategies managing a diversity of employee values.
>>California State- Northridge, Northridge, CA: Hollis developed daylong series of session to work with human resources, college executives and diversity committee to tackle issue of workplace bullying. Consulting visit concluded with keynote speech on workplace bullying.
>>CUPHR-Eastern, Villanova, PA: Hollis developed workshop and keynote speech on workplace bullying for eastern regional human resources personnel from Philadelphia area colleges and universities.
>>Bergen County Community College, Paramus, NJ: Hollis developed two workshops to train staff and faculty on best practices in regard to minimizing workplace bullying.
>>D & K Media, Austin, TX: Hollis creates and develops virtual training for Media group serving nationwide audience. Topics include diversity management and workplace bullying.
