Human Resource Perspectives on Workplace Bullying in Higher Education: Understanding Vulnerable Employees Experiences is based on empirical research about human resources in higher education. So often, the environment blames HR for ineffective reactions to workplace bullying. However, just as HR is explicitly charged to address racism and sexism, they must be charged by leadership to address workplace bullying. Further, the book empirically examines the impact on women, women of color, the LGBTQ community, and junior faculty.
