Patricia Berkly LLC has a three-tiered model 1) Assessment- when you don’t quite know why your staff is disengaged 2) Training- when you know the problem and content needed for interactive education 3) Maintenance- when you need ongoing coaching as new staff and leadership cycle through your organization.

No matter which tier you enter, our system creatively engages staff and advises leadership on the best practices that fit their organizations. Our custom trainings and educational services develop and maintain a healthy work environment for leadership and employees through policy review, keynote speeches, coaching, small group workshops assessments, and large group programs.

Policy audits, interactive workshops, speeches, and training on diversity, unconscious bias, microaggressions, team building, ADA issues, and workplace bullying. Patricia Berkly LLC maintains office space in greater Philadelphia. Working remotely and virtually, Patricia Berkly staff maintain computers, and office supplies, with access to research databases to create programs and lectures. Patricia Berkly LLC maintains a virtual meeting space for custom/remote training. Otherwise, workshops, programs, and lectures are delivered on the client’s premises.

Dr. Leah P. Hollis, President of Patricia Berkly LLC, has an earned doctorate from Boston University. She serves as researcher, trainer, writer, and keynote speaker, workshop leader. She is the author of five books dealing with workplace harassment, workplace bullying, and the creation of a healthy workplace. Her research includes analyzing structural and policy issues which inhibit a healthy workplace for all employees. Dr. Hollis’s data-driven perspective has supported our expert witness services.

Our staff includes human resources professionals, educators, researchers, and psychologists who work on a contract basis when needed. We consult with students, staff, faculty, and executives/leaders to reflect on the structural problems which may adversely affect diversity and inclusion. Our work has been contracted by the government sector, higher education, and the private sector.
